帐篷的入口要背风，要远离有滚石的山坡；应在篷顶边线正下方挖一条排水沟（过去，帐篷搭好后，可在四周挖掘水沟。现在，则要站在保护自然的立场，除非在水洼地，否则不再挖设沟渠），以免下雨时帐篷被淹；
The entrance of the tent should be leeward and away from the hillside with rolling stones; a drainage ditch should be dug directly under the side line of the tent top (in the past, after the tent is set up, ditches can be dug around). Now, we should stand on the position of protecting nature. Unless we are in a puddle, we will not dig ditches to prevent the tents from being flooded when it rains;
帐篷四角要用大石头压住；帐篷内应保持空气流通，在帐篷内做饭要防止着火；临睡前要仔细检查，是否熄灭了所有火苗，帐篷是否固定结实了。
The four corners of the tent shall be pressed with big stones; the air circulation shall be maintained in the tent, and cooking in the tent shall be prevented from fire; before going to bed, it shall be carefully checked to see whether all the flames have been put out, and whether the tent is fixed firmly.
帐篷要依次搭建 ：首先搭建公用帐篷。在营地的下风处先搭好炊事帐篷，建好炉灶，烧上一锅水，然后再依次向上风处搭建用于存放公用装备的仓库帐篷与各自的宿营帐篷。当整个营地的帐篷搭建好时，烧的水已开锅，可以马上饮用并开始做饭。
Tents should be built in turn: first, public tents should be built. Set up a cooking tent in the downwind of the camp, build a stove and boil a pot of water, and then set up a warehouse tent and a camp tent for storing public equipment in the upwind. When the tent of the whole camp is set up, the boiled water is ready to drink and start cooking.
