Challenge No.1

在规定的时间内，团队共同协作完成6个项目的演练。演练时间结束后，进行全面考核：各队进行PK，在不违反规则的前提下，全队协调配合连续完成6个项目的挑战，总计用时最短的队伍将获得“NO.1”的荣誉称号！

要求是团队成员利用最快的时间把扑克牌由1-13依次翻开同时摆放到位才能获得胜利。

项目介绍:

Project introduction:

制造呼吸机是有一张专门的图纸，但是图纸只能被其中一名队员看见，该队员可以向其他队员描述图纸的内容，然后其他队员来合力搭建呼吸机，这对沟通能力和信息传达是一个考验。

There is a special drawing for making a ventilator, but the drawings can only be seen by one of the players. The team can describe the contents of the drawings to other players, and the other players come together to build a ventilator, which is a test of communication and information transmission.

每一个小组所分配到的材料都是有限的，行动前需要有一个统筹安排，如何分配人力和资源，完成呼吸机的制作，这是一项工程巨大同时又能带给我们趣味、成就感和启发的项目……

Each group has a limited distribution of materials. It needs to have an overall arrangement before the action, how to allocate manpower and resources, and complete the production of the ventilator. This is a project which brings great interest, sense of achievement and inspiration to us.

操作过程:

Operation process:

所有人员分为领导、指挥、执行三个部分，领导组提出活动的具体要求，指挥组来指挥执行组来搭建呼吸机的框架，最终完成呼吸机的搭建，最后通过集体呼气来实验呼吸机是否成功，将呼吸机顶端的气球吹爆成功。

The command group directs the executive group to build the frame of the ventilator, finally completes the construction of the ventilator.
