拓展训练的七大形式与功效
Seven forms and functions of outward bound
拓展训练的整个过程通过拓展器械进行情景体验式心理训练、个人挑战潜能训练、团队领导训练、团队建设训练、交流与沟通技巧训练、相互协调配合训练、整合团队训练、潜能意识的激发等模式训练。在参与者解决问题和应对挑战的过程中,达到“磨练意志、陶冶情操、完善自我、熔炼团队”的培训目标。

(1)团队项目仍是个人能力的体现。 团队的打造是拓展培训的宗旨,为团队建设而努力是每个项目所要达到的目标。但是不意味着团队项目就是大家的责任,如果责任是大家的,那么等于每个人都没有责任。所以,团体项目仍是个人能力的体现,在团体项目中个人的能力是在集体中的运用。在团体中,个人的领导能力、组织能力、团队精神、身体素质可以发挥到极至。此时,个人会在整个团队中体现个人的能力,会有更大的归宿感与成就感。
