拓展训练的七大形式与功效
Seven forms and functions of outward bound
拓展训练的整个过程通过拓展器械进行情景体验式心理训练、个人挑战潜能训练、团队领导训练、团队建设训练、交流与沟通技巧训练、相互协调配合训练、整合团队训练、潜能意识的激发等模式训练。在参与者解决问题和应对挑战的过程中,达到“磨练意志、陶冶情操、完善自我、熔炼团队”的培训目标。
